
FAST & SATISFYING SOUP!
A quick meal that will support the overall digestive system. Add leftover vegetables for variety.
[cooked-sharing]
½ teaspoon of oil
5 cups of boiling water
½ sliced onion
2 teaspoons of salt
2 stalks of celery
Handful of seaweed
½ teaspoon of sesame oil
1 egg, scrambled
1 bundle of noodles

Heat a wok and add oil. When oil is hot add the onions and celery.
Add 1/2 the salt. Saute for 1 minute.

To a pot of boiling water add the vegetables and the remainder of the salt, and the mushroom seasoning.

Add the noodles and allow the soup to cook for 2-3 minutes or until the noodles are tender.

Meantime, scramble and egg and cook it in the wok.
Add to the soup mixture.

Add seaweed.

To each soup bowl, add a drizzle of sesame oil.
Add the soup on top of the sesame oil.
