EGGPLANT WITH GARLIC

To support your Liver function, try eating more eggplant. Tip: To remove the bitter taste, salt some cold water and allow eggplant slices to soak for 15 minutes prior to cooking. Pat the eggplant dry before adding to the wok.

 1 eggplant sliced
 1/3 cup of oil
 2 cloves of garlic smashed
 1/4 cup of salt
 1/4 teaspoon of mushroom seasoning
 splash of wine
 Optional: To the cooked eggplant, add a diced tomato

Heat wok. Oil must be hot.

Add the eggplant and toss continually.
Saute for about 5 minutes.

Add the garlic, salt, and mushroom seasoning. Toss until eggplant is tender.
Add a splash of wine.
