DATE AND WALNUT OATMEAL

In a pinch, oatmeal is a fabulous way to support Stomach function and keep the body warm. Make it delicious with this sweet and crunchy mixture. We love walnuts for their connection to Kidney and balance.

 1/2 cup oats
 1 cup water or milk
 Handful of walnuts (toast extra for snacking later)
 3 medjool dates

Boil the oats until creamy and ready to serve.

Top with toasted nuts and big pieces of dates.
