
CRISPY POCKET
Root veggies support the Stomach. Make the recipe as outlined or add any veggie or spices that you like. Everyone loves crispy foods!
1 potato, shredded
1 squash or carrot, shredded
1 scallion, sliced thin
1 tsp salt
1 egg, beaten
1/2 tsp mushroom seasoning
4-5 tbsp flour (or rice flour)
5 tbsp oil

Combine all the vegetables and seasonings in a bowl and mix very well. Reserve the 5 tbsp of oil for cooking.

Add the oil to the wok. When it's hot gently drop by large spoonfuls into the wok.

When one side is golden, flip over. When the other side is golden, remove from the wok and serve.

Optional: Make a sauce by mixing 1 teaspoon of soy sauce, pinch of sugar, splash of wine.
