
CHICKEN STIR-FRY
This is a nourishing meal with a warming essence. It supports the digestive system and overall well-being.
1/2 pound of boneless chicken, cut into two inch strips
1 teaspoon of rice wine vinegar
1 Tablespoon of tamari or light soy sauce
1/4 teaspoon of white pepper
1 Tablespoon of oil
2 cloves of garlic, sliced think
1 teaspoon of ginger, minced
1/2 red peper, cut into strips
1/2 onioin, cut into strips
5 snow peas, cut in half
1/4 cup of bone, chicken or vegetable broth
1 tablesppon of sesame oil

Marinate the chicken in tamari, rice vinegar, and white pepper. Set aside for 10 minutes.

Heat the wok. Add the oil, ginger and garlic. Toss for 20 seconds.

Add chicken and cook until lightly golden and cooked through (about 3-4 minutes). Remove and set aside.

Add the red peppers and onions and cook for 2 minutes.

Add the chicken broth (if using) and the snow peas.
Toss for 2 more minutes. Drizzle sesame oil and mix one more time, then serve.
