CHERRY RHUBARB LOVE

A summery breakfast or dessert, and good combo to support the Heart!

 2 stalks rhubarb, chopped
 1 cup cherries, pitted and halved
 1/4 cup walnuts, chopped
 1/2 cup raw sugar
 1 teaspoon potato starch
 1 teaspoon cinnamon
 Juice of 1 lime
 Toasted coconut flakes (optional)

Preheat the oven to 425 degrees. Grease a baking sheet or ramekin cups.

Combine all the ingredients except the coconut flakes.

Place on the baking sheet and place in the oven for 20 to 25 minutes.

Remove from pan and sprinkle with the coconut flakes.
