
CARROTY GREENS
Carrot is a root veggie that comes from the Earth and directly supports digestion. Sauté with your favorite green like collard greens or dandelion greens. The taste of various greens has its own unique essence.
2 tbsp oil
1 carrot, shredded
1 bunch dandelion greens
1 tbsp mushroom powder
1/2 tsp sugar
Splash of soy sauce
Black pepper to taste

Heat the oil on a wok with the salt. Then add the shredded carrots until they're tender.

Add the chopped greens and stir. Add the mushroom powder and sugar and stir. When the greens are tender, add a splash of soy sauce and cracked black pepper, and serve!
