BROCCOLI WITH YELLOW PEPPERS

Broccoli is an excellent food for supporting Liver function, together with garlic and lemon juice. Yellow peppers support the Stomach because yellow is the color that matches the vibration of this major digestive organ.

 1 head of broccoli
 2 yellow peppers roasted and skinned (see direction below)
 3 cloves of garlic minced
 Grape seed oil
 Salt

Wash two peppers and put in covered roasting pan at 400 degrees for 30-40 minutes.

When done, let sit until cool, then the skin will slip off the peppers easily; cut peppers into strips.

Add 2 teaspoons garlic to peppers, let marinate.

Cut broccoli into bite size pieces.

Heat wok and add oil, salt, and remaining garlic.

Add broccoli and stir fry.

When done, place in bowl and add yellow peppers.

Mix well. You can eat this dish eat hot or at room temperature.
