 1 can of black beans
 1 can of kidney beans
 1 can of chick peas (optional)
 1 clove of garlic minced
 1/4 cup oil
 1/2 teas. of salt
 1/3 cup pine nuts
 1 lemon
 1 celery stalk diced
 1 red onion or scallion diced

Drain cans of beans.

Heat wok and add oil, salt and garlic.

When garlic is translucent add the pine nuts and celery.

Toss and let cook for about 1 minute.

Add beans and stir gently.

Now, add scallions and toss.

Squeeze the juice of one lemon over bean mixture.

Add cracked pepper is so desired.
