BARLEY WITH FRESH ORANGES

 ½ cup of barley rinsed
 3 cups of water
 1 orange, peeled

Bring the water to a boil and add the barley. Lower to a simmer and partially cover.

After 15-20 minutes the barley will be tender.

Cooking time and the amount of water depend son your desired consistency.

Add the orange slices.
