
ARUGULA WITH AVOCADO
Avocados are an anti inflammatory fruit that are great for helping treat stiffness and adding moisture. This fruit can also help with Liver detoxification and increased vitality.
3 avocados, sliced
1/2 lemon
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tsp mushroom powder
1 tbsp oil
Salt to taste
1 bunch arugula

Slice the avocados.

Place into a bowl with the oil, seasoning, garlic, and lemon. Taste level of saltiness and add more if needed.

Lay out the arugula onto a serving dish and place the avocados on top. Enjoy!
