LONGEVITY NOODLE SOUP

Warming soups allow the digestive system to save energy. This hearty soup is easy to make and satisfies your noodle craving. Noodles represent long life so enjoy eating your noodles!

Yields4 Servings
 6 cups of boiling water
 1/4 teaspoon of salt
 1 tomato, diced
 2 stalks of celery, diced
 1/2 onion, diced
 5 mushrooms, diced
 1/4 pound of cooked noodles or 1/2 cup of rice
 ham, diced (optional)
 1/2 teaspoon of salt
 1 teaspoon of mushroom powder
 dash of toasted sesame oil

Bring water to a boil.

Meanwhile heat the wok and add the oil and 1/2 teaspoon of salt.

Add all vegetables and ham to the wok and lightly sauté for 1 minute.

Then add the vegetable mixture to the boiling water.

Add additional salt, and mushroom seasoning.

Let flavors mix for 1 minute.

Add cooked noodles or rice and stir.

Add a splash of sesame oil.
