The recipe for health and happiness is actually quite simple, but it does require some work and attention. Take time to reflect on what continually holds you back in life. As you let go of what no longer fits, you make room for new beginnings.

Throughout 2025, Snake taught us to shed old patterns in order to clear the way for new adventures. We’re about to enter the Year of the Horse. THIS is where the greatest adventure begins! Horse teaches us to run, full-steam ahead toward our dreams. So grab hold of the last few weeks of the Year of the Snake and embrace its teachings. And then? Get ready to run!
