Spring is a time for expansion and transformation and is an opportunity to tap into Nature’s transformative energy. With Grand Master Lu as your guide, you’ll experience Qigong postures and learn concepts of natural healing to apply to your everyday life.
Here’s what you’ll experience:
Zoom Sessions with Grand Master Lu
TCM offers a wealth of wisdom on how to use the healing essence of foods to naturally support the body. Grand Master Lu will teach you how to merge this thinking into your everyday diet and will demonstrate how to make some simple dishes.
Additionally, some sessions will include live Qigong practice with Master Lu. The lecture portion of these sessions will be added to your private portal for future listening. However, the practice session will not.
Specific Qigong movements will be taught for you to practice every day. Grand Master Lu will demonstrate the movements in videos and again on some of his live calls. Participants are encouraged to practice daily and to bring awareness to energy shifts.
Healthy Eating Plan
Our eating plan is so well-received—even by those who don’t normally cook! It includes a 2-week menu, along with recipes and some how-to videos. Our light eating plan helps your body “digest” not only food but the Qi you are acquiring through Qigong practice.
After a few days of practicing on your own, Irma and Elaine, long-time students of Grand Master Lu, will answer your questions and practice with the group.
Private Facebook Forum
Openly share your thoughts, experiences and results with other program participants. Master Lu and his staff weigh in daily, too!
