Listen to your body and not your mind. If you crave a salad, enjoy it but add a cup of tea so the cold essence of the salad doesn’t impact you. If you want something sweet, honor your Stomach’s request by choosing fruit, or a small bowl of ice cream. If you want something crunchy, how about making a mixture of nuts and goji berries?  Craving soups and noodles? Go for it.

On this Must-Have list, we ask that you select any two items daily. You can choose the same item each day if you wish. For example, if you love lemons, that can be one of the items you use daily. If you love barley and want to have it 5 times this week, that’s great too.
