What this class can do for you!

Qigong and Traditional Chinese Medicine principles are powerful rebalancing practices that help the body restore health. This workshop covers various aspects of breast cancer prevention. For thousands of years, traditional Chinese medicine has embraced natural healing techniques.

The secret to its success lies in understanding energy flow and recognizing how emotions, stress, and lifestyle factors shape health outcomes. The breast is a particularly sensitive area, with at least three major energy lines running through it. When any of these pathways become blocked, it can lead to tenderness, lumps, and other imbalances.

7 Powerful Wu Ming Qigong Forms

The Qigong movements were specifically designed to guide energy through meridians that run through the breast and to aid the digestive system in regaining balance.

Guidance for well-being

In addition to learning Qigong postures, I’ll also share guidance on foods that support your energy—and which ones tend to drain it from the digestive system.

Stress and emotional overload are often hidden factors in energy loss. I’ll share what I’ve discovered about the role emotions play in creating imbalances and offer steps to help you return to inner calm.

From an Eastern perspective, illness is not something to fear. It is simply viewed as an imbalance in life. Together, we’ll focus on encouraging the body to restore balance and move toward greater well-being.

Resources for ongoing support

  • Educational video to reinforce the Qigong practices
  • Mini guidebook as a quick resource.

All attendees must attend via video so we can help correct your postures.

Duration: 75-minute classes, 4 sessions total with a built-in study/practice break.

About your instructor, Elaine Katen:

My journey with Qigong and traditional Chinese medicine began over two decades ago through the teachings of Master Nan Lu. What started as a personal search for healing became a life-changing path that reshaped my health, my perspective, and my understanding of the body’s innate wisdom. It is my greatest joy to share this wisdom that continues to guide my life and the lives of those I work with.
