The next full Moon will occur on Sunday, October 9, 2022 at 4:54 PM EDT, and is known as the Hunter’s Moon.
It is believed that this full Moon came to be called the full Hunter’s Moon because it signaled the time to go hunting in preparation for the cold winter ahead. Animals are beginning to fatten up ahead of winter, and since the farmers had recently cleaned out their fields under the Harvest Moon, hunters could easily see the deer and other animals that had come out to root through the remaining scraps.
We’ll practice together in the afternoon at 4:45 PM (EDT). This way we will be holding the posture while the moon becomes fully illuminated.

Look towards the sky to see the moons magnificence then stand in meditation.
How to join:
Close your eyes and imagine you are standing with a group of loving individuals. Merge into the wisdom of the full moon. Hold this posture for 30 minutes.
If you are not able to join at the designated time, simply tap in as close to the time as possible.
