The stories of our remarkable lives began well before childhood. They can be traced back long before we took our first breaths on Earth. Our stories follow the path of our descendants—both human, animal and plant—that have thrived in our world. Their struggles and accomplishments leave their traces on our souls. As we journey through this life, our own struggles and accomplishments become a chapter in the story of future generations, making a more complete picture of who we are in this changing reality.

Developing an awareness of our life stories opens our heart to a deeper understanding of the self as a mind-body-spirit being. The way we integrate these ancestral gifts into our lives can either perpetuate suffering or lead to tremendous growth.

Join Dr. Stephen Cowan as he discusses the power of story-ing and its incredible potential to heal. Dr. Cowan is a board-certified developmental pediatrician, holistic practitioner, and author of Fire Child Water Child: How Understanding the Five Types of ADHD Can Help You Improve Your Child’s Self-Esteem and Attention.

In this complimentary webinar, Dr. Cowan discusses how story-ing is used in a clinical setting as a tool to enable the patient and caregiver to connect the dots between life stories and current crisis. Story-ing is used as a framework to contrast diagnosis-driven medicine with Qi-based whole healing.
